SCHOLARSHIPS
To be eligible for solo scholarships, participants must enter a minimum of three solo classes in a Discipline. Open classes, concerto classes, and Concert group classes are non scholarship classes. Performers are eligible to win only one scholarship in each discipline entered if the above requirements are met.
SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS
Some scholarship awards are given in specific group categories such as Bands, Choirs, Ensemble Classes and Composition. The above scholarship criteria does not apply in this case.
First place will be announced by the adjudicator in each class.
A FINAL NOTE
Our rules are meant to provide a “level playing field” for all performers. We respectfully ask that all participants, their teachers, friends and family comply with them to ensure that all performers get the most from the Festival.
